Her journey includes holding pivotal leadership roles such as Unit Manager and Supervisor, where she excelled in fostering teamwork and driving excellence. A champion of evidence-based practice, Clarice has spearheaded impactful projects at an institutional level, collaborating seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Beyond her clinical duties, she finds joy in mentoring aspiring nurses, sharing her wealth of knowledge and nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals. As a US Army veteran with an honorable discharge, Alejandre has proudly served his country, earning accolades including the ARCOM, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, and Army Service Ribbon. Transitioning into the medical field, he brings over two decades of personal experience, specializing in nursing, CPR training, field operations, elder care, pediatrics, trauma wound care, med pass training, dosage calculations, and home health care. With a flair for leadership honed through roles as team leader, squad leader, and recruitment and sales specialist, Alejandre is also well-versed in customer service, boasting over a decade of expertise. With his upbeat demeanor and unwavering dedication, Alejandre Francoi A. Johnson is poised to make a lasting impact on whoever he comes in contact with.
